In our first episode, Cathy Campo and John Brahan chat with Bianca Stelian about her experiences interning at UTA, assisting at CAA, and landing her current position at Showtime.

Bianca Stelian is a showrunners' assistant based in New York City. Previously, she cut her teeth working in Scripted TV at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, in addition to numerous internships at companies like United Talent Agency, Comedy Central, and The Weinstein Company... before all the exposés. She graduated with honors from Brown University in 2020 with a degree in English. When she's not working, you can find Bianca on a signature West Side Highway walk, eating at the same four spots in her neighborhood, throwing elaborately themed dinner parties, or bullying friends and strangers into playing Mafia with her.
